As an affiliated company, sanotact GmbH remains a 100% subsidiary of DMK Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH, also known simply as DMK.

Each year DMK, with its more than 5,500 employees and 23 production sites, processes 6.8 billion kilograms of milk from over 11,000 active milk producers.
